Technical and security data
Hosting and content delivery may process IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in security and reliable service operation.

Only after specific consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, viewed pages, traffic source, device and approximate geography. HIAS disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation in the site implementation.
Google Ads measurement
Only after specific consent, the Google tag may process URL and referrer, browser and device information, IP address and advertising-click identifiers (such as GCLID/AUID) to attribute an enquiry to a campaign. HIAS does not use enhanced conversions, remarketing or personalised advertising on this site.

05 / RETENTION
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and professional relationship, plus any legal obligations. Technical logs follow provider retention and security needs. Analytics data follows the GA4 property retention settings; Google Ads data follows the conversion window and account settings. HIAS does not upload customer personal data to Google products.
06 / YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where provided by the GDPR, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Email eherman@hias.tech. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
07 / AUTOMATED DECISIONS & CHANGES
The site makes no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. HIAS may update this notice when services or obligations change; material changes will require a renewed choice.
